Road Bike. Youth/small adult. Edinburgh Bicycle Co. Revolution Continental in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire for sale

For sale my sons Revolution Continental 2010 road bike which he has now outgrown. Originally purchased from Edinburgh Bike Co. in Sheffield in 2010 (RRP£299). The bike has hardly been ridden - a few 30-40 mile rides in the early days of getting it but nothing for past couple of years! No more than 300 miles in total. It is still in very good condition cosmetically and mechanically. A few minor scratches here and there but nothing major. Rides smoothly with brakes and gears in good working order. Colour is silver/red. Bottle holder included. Basic Spec info is: Frame: 7005 aluminium Fork: Alu Gears: 16 (2 x 8) Shifters: Shimano 2300 dual control Derailleurs: Shimano (front and rear) Brakes: Tektro caliper Wheels: Revolution (tyres 700cc) Alloy OS stem and bar, Revolution seatpost and seat. Some measurements which might help you decide if the size is right for you: Frame size: 47cm (middle of bottom bracket to top of seat tube) Stand over height: 70-74cm Seat height: lowest position is 85cm from ground, highest 92cm Age/height: would probably suit 9-13 yr old or adult max height approx. 5' 6" This would be a great first road bike for a youngster/small adult.
